A: You're welcome to make a reasonable offer, please take note that we will not reply to unreasonable offers as we're not operating a street stall here for haggling.

Q: Are your watches genuine?
A: We do not sell replicas or fakes here. All our items are 100% genuine and we offer a full refund if proven otherwise.

Q: How can I make a payment?
A: We only accept transfer Bank to Bank account Via (BCA, Mandiri), Please email us for our bank details. We do not accept credit cards, cashier's order, Paypal or escrow. This is to protect us against potential fraud and disputes with credit card companies.

For clients who come to our galleries, we do accept cash.
